UPON RISING: Wait until your body feels a need for something (never take food or drink into the body until there is a need). Then drink one liter of pure water.

LATER IN THE MORNING: When you feel the need for juice, prepare 16 to 30 ounces of Classic Green Lemonade. Enjoy as needed throughout the morning.

OPTIONAL: herbal tea with stevia

LUNCH: Fountain of Flavor Salad, Frittata al Fresco, and steamed carrots with organic butter and dill

AFTERNOON SNACK: Please refer to the instructions given on Day 1.

Sometime before your dinner meal, take time to relax as described on Day 1.

DINNER: Fountain of Flavor Salad, Sushi to Impress, and any cooked vegetables of choice.

DESSERT: Please refer to the directions given on Day 1.
